Delivery & Returns

Our Delivery charges are calculated on a number of factors such as the size of order and location of delivery. In general for a furniture delivery to mainland UK we charge £14.95 and UK delivery of smaller resource items cost £4.95. Free Delivery applies to furniture orders over £250 and non furniture orders over £50 with a mainland UK delivery address*. The cost of your delivery will be shown during checkout and before you place your order with us. Any and all online free delivery promotions will apply to mainland UK delivery address only.

*Deliveries to Scottish Highlands and remote locations in Wales may incur additional charges and an extended lead-time. Please contact a member of our Customer Relations Team for further information.

We deliver to mainland UK as standard*, deliveries outside of this (including Northern Ireland) will be quoted on a order by order basis. If you would like a quote for delivery outside of mainland UK please contact our sales team.

As well as our own Fleet of vehicles that cover the UK we also have partnerships with leading courier companies and depending on what you order and where you are we might use one or more of these to deliver your order.

If you have ordered furniture we will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery which will be based on the estimated lead-time for the products you have ordered. If you have ordered products on more than one lead-time then the longest lead-time will apply to your order. If you have ordered resources products these will be dispatched within the lead-time for your chosen delivery and you will be emailed tracking information once dispatched.

You can return unused Internet purchases by emailing us within 7 days of receipt, as long as the goods are unused, un-assembled, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. We reserve the right to charge a minimum handling fee of 25% of the value of the goods for items returned when orders were placed in error or not wanted. This will be deducted from any refund given. Your rights under the Distance Selling Regulations and Sales Of Goods Act are unaffected by this. Please refer to our T&Cs for full details.
